Typography experiments
Following some online text tutorials and messing around with different blending options i created these 3 different and simple text effects.
The top one is created by using angled gradients to create the style of the letters, the middle one uses several techniques including stroke and brush effects and the bottom style uses cool bevel and shadow effects to create a cool simple design.

www.samgbxdesigns.com is now live and was built for my BlackBerry theme developer buddy, Sam Boothby. It is a simple mobile optimised website which has been built to run smooth and fast on BlackBerry devices. The site is simple yet effective and uses some cool css3 tricks which i picked up from online tutorials, and enables visitors to view all of sam's themes and then provides links to the BlackBerry App Store where they can download them.
The site layout was designed by the client and i coded the site, which took about 5-6 hours to complete and test across all devices. I love this website and think it works really well as a clean and simple mobile platform to promote the awesome themes that samgbx has created.
